The Zegna Group will announce its turnover for the first quarter of 2022 on Thursday, May 5, 2022

MILAN–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ermenegildo Zegna NV (NYSE: ZGN) (“Zegna Group”, “the Group” or “the Company”) announced today that it will report its unaudited earnings for the first quarter of 2022 on Thursday, May 5 2022, around 6:30 a.m. ET (12:30 p.m. CET).

There will be no webcast or conference call.

The Company also added that in regards to the announced Capital Markets Day to be held on May 17, 2022, an audio webcast will begin at approximately 11:00 a.m. CET (5:00 a.m. ET). Management will refer to a slide presentation at the event, which will be available shortly before the day of the call.
