McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition: specifications, features, photos

Good news for all those Daniel Ricciardo fans in his home country who cared about a McLaren 720S: You can now purchase a special edition Honey Badger (unfortunately not its official name) courtesy of MSO.

Yes, McLaren’s Special Ops division have decided to celebrate Danny Ric’s recent victory at Monza with a limited edition 720S. Imagine if McLaren / Merc had done this with Lewis Hamilton’s wins, there wouldn’t be any other cars on the road.

Anyway, just three Daniel Ricciardo editions will be built, each with the same Papaya Orange and Burton Blue paintwork as this season’s MCL35M Formula 1 car. Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it? There are also carbon fiber sills adorned with Ricciardo’s signature, along with a few Australian flags and his race number on the doors.

All three cars will be sold in Australia, and they are unlikely to get any performance improvements, although the standard 710hp and a 0-100 km / h time of 2.9 seconds should be enough …
