Eric Bailly ‘prepared for Jose Mourinho reunion’ and other Manchester United transfer rumors
Eric Bailly could be set for a reunion with Jose Mourinho as the defender continues to be linked with a move away from Manchester United.
Recent reports suggest the 27-year-old is attracting interest from AC Milan, with the Italian giants looking to add to their defensive options after losing Simon Kjaer and Fikayo Tomori to injury.
Milan are said to still be leading the race for Bailly, although a new report from Foot Mercato suggests Roma are also interested.
Mourinho signed Bailly during his time at Old Trafford, and even claimed the Ivory Coast international ‘has the potential to become one of the best at the moment’.
Reports in Italy have indicated the defender wants to leave United, either for Milan or Roma – although his salary could prove a stumbling block for Serie A sides.

Elsewhere, Brazilian wonderkid Endrick has hinted he may be tempted to follow Cristiano Ronaldo’s shoes and sign for United.
The 15-year-old captured global attention after going viral with a spectacular bicycle kick for Palmeiras, while his performances saw him make headlines in his home country.
United are among the teams believed to be keeping tabs on the teenager, with Real Madrid and Barcelona also linked, although his father’s comments about his hero may well tip the tide in favor of a move to Old Trafford.
Douglas Sousa told Nossopalestra: “He even says, ‘Dad, I want to be like Cristiano’. He’s read some articles and knows that Cristiano doesn’t have a tattoo, because he donates blood.
“In the same way that Cristiano is driven by challenges, so is Endrick.
“He likes to train, to improve every day, so he has a main mirror in this athlete.
“Once they asked three players who were his favorites Cristiano, Neymar and Messi, he chose Cristiano.”
Despite interest in Eldrick, the youngster is expected to stay with Palmeiras for the time being.
